Elizabeth “Betty” (Maynard) Kirk-Vance grave, located on Piney Fork of West Fork of Harts Creek in Logan County, WV. Betty (1837-1902), the daughter of Jesse and Sarah (Welch) Maynard, was my great-great-great-grandmother. She married Thomas Kirk, then Marvel Vance. I’m not sure if anyone will see this. I’m hoping!! I have info if Vashly Kirk. In my research with my documents it has that Vashly was a female! As we know to be true as that is My Great great grandmother. But her name was Vashita Kirk! I’m hoping this is correct as the documents I have show that Melvin was her sibling and Marvel Vance was her step father!! Her parents were Thomas and Elizabeth Maynard Kirk.
