Is Hollena related to Grandma Kirk’s mom?
Yes, but it’s tricky. Grandma Eva (Brumfield) Kirk’s grandmother, Minerva (Dingess) Adkins, was a first cousin to Hollena (Dingess) Brumfield, whose grave is shown here. Hollena (Adkins) Brumfield, Eva’s mother, and Hollena (Dingess) Brumfield were married to brothers.
