The William R. “Billy” Lucas Family Cemetery, which I visited on 30 August 2015, is located in the head of Billy Branch of Sulphur Spring Fork of Fourteen Mile Creek in Lincoln County, WV. Today, this cemetery is popularly known as the Lucas-Adkins Cemetery.
