Brandon, I did get your book as soon as it came out and just wanted to tell you how interesting, eye opening it was…I loved it!! I really didn’t think we were so WILD and lawless!! Of course, being a cop for 30 yrs (retired) I wouldn’t want to “keep the peace” without several partners everyday in those days. I wonder how my ancestor Patton
Thompson handled himself. I was so thrilled to see a photo of him on his horse in your book. I have never yet seen a photo of Patton, Lewis, or Jefferson Thompson. Jeff was my Great grandfather. Thanks again for all your hard work and hope you have another book on the way soon.
